The North Pole has always attracted him, and especially the special animals that call this extreme environment a house headed by the largest terrestrial predator in the world – the polar bear.
After 12 trips to the Land of the Polar Bear, 6 of them riding a snowmobile and entering an area closed to humans, nature photographer Roy Glitz documented countless special moments published in the world’s leading magazines and his photographs won international awards. But beyond that, Glitz also became an environmental diplomat who met with senior government officials, appeared in 3 TED talks and even lectured to the UN last March.
